flight simulator X review

Flight simulator X is probably the most realistic flight simulator with mountain of aircraft from small one enjoined planes to a 747. FSX is packed with a wide variety missions that will keep you coming back.
FSX is also customisable by downloading planes and scenery all you have to do is put the folder in the aircraft folder and your away. FSX also includes free flight which I particularly like, you can just fly around which is not done so often in simulators now, as well as that there is multiplayer which should be just standard, I haven’t had a chance to see multiplayer in action but I can tell you that you are going to get your money’s worth in single player content.
Unfortunately there are some issues one being the frame rate, its fine in the cockpit but try to look at the outside of the plane if there is a lot going on is almost impossible. Also if you don’t own a compatible joystick it will be hard to get into the game as every instrument and leaver can be operated and having to remember so many keyboard commands can get confusing for the less experienced pilot. However there is a wide range of tutorials to get you up to speed.
My final verdict for Flight simulator X is a 9/10 if you have a joystick you will love it but I can’t recommend it to someone who doesn’t have a joystick.

Rome total war pc review

Rome total war is an rts made by the creative assembly and Sega and is the second game in the series and one of my personal favourites. You start out as one of the three roman factions the Juli, bruti, and scipi and gain the respect of the senate and the people by completing missions given to you and eventually declaring war on Rome.
Not only do you move armies around the campaign map and tweak your cities to produce the most money and keeping your people happy to prevent rebellion, when armies clash you are transported into real time to command your units, to win you must utilise flanking manoeuvres with cavalry and use spearmen to tackle almost everything as well as use skirmishers to get an early advantage. While the game is very solid and great fun to play it doesn’t have the graphics quality that the newer total war games have but that isn’t a major problem. The game also has multiplier using game spy and it is just battles you can’t play the campaign online but these problems are nothing to get you to leave the game.
My final verdict for Rome total war is a 9/10. The game is almost perfect with only a few problems but nothing to bad and if you are new to rts’s or the total war it is a great game to get started with

gears of war PC review

Gears for the pc was released after gears one shipped for the Xbox 360 and was made by epic and people can fly. It features new multiplayer maps and modes and a whole new set levels ending in a fight with the brumack that you evaded in the previous chapter.
Beyond that there isn’t a lot more, you meet no new characters but you do get more info on why the light mass bomb was on a train and why it doesn’t stop for you at tyro station. Thankfully you don’t need a alienweare computer to play gears it runs on normal computers but don’t try to install it on your work laptop it isn’t that flexible but it is nice to be able to play a beautiful looking shooter without having to spend thousands of pounds on a computer to be able to run it.
My final verdict for the game is 8/10, it is a great improvement and lengthens the short campaign and comes with all the dlc content for gears on the Xbox on the disk and at round about the same price it is worth your money just don’t expect a complete overall.
I will be doing a vidio review of gears for the pc on my new you tube chanel besttechreview1
